While launching their world-famous churrascarias steak house in the Middle East, Fogo de Chão rapidly realised they had a daunting challenge ahead. In the UAE, the brand was recognisable, but it faced immense competition from other steak houses, and even other Churrascarias, and further frustrate this situation, the location of their new restaurant was away from the highly trafficked sites frequented by tourists to Dubai.
