After a fire at the Concepts City Walk store, the brand's e-commerce channel went dormant for months. By the time we were brought in, the brief was specific: bring it back. Not from launch, not from awareness — from a standing start, with an audience that hadn't been spoken to in a while. Three to four months to reawaken traffic, conversions and revenue, end-to-end.

We ran a coordinated content and strategic-media play over three to four months — engineered for an audience that needed to be re-acquired, not just retargeted. Content reset the conversation. Media built the audiences, drove the traffic, and tied every impression back to the sneaker purchase at the end of the funnel. Three months in, the channel was running again — and running hard.
