Lugmety does two things most apps split into two products — order food for delivery, or book a table at a restaurant. The brief asked us to communicate both without making the brand sound like two brands. The challenge underneath: one message that did the work whether you were ordering in for the night or heading out for the evening.

We built a communication strategy that put both behaviours under the same brand promise — delivery and dine-in, weeknight and weekend, in and out — and held them together with a single payoff line: Whatever. Wherever. Whenever. Lugmety. Life truly indulged. The content stretched across both behaviours without ever sounding like two campaigns trying to share a logo.

The campaign delivered both halves of Lugmety in one breath. Whatever the meal. Wherever you wanted it. Whenever you wanted it. The brand stopped sounding like an app with two functions and started sounding like a single way to think about eating out — even when you were eating in.
